North Carolina Motion Design House Delivers Piece for CBS Sports Special . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Stafford.Tisdale worked with CBS Sports to develop the design and motion graphics for Rebels on the Run: The Rise and Fall of UNLV Basketball. The hour and a half special will air Saturday, June 18th 2005 at 4:30 EST on CBS. Rebels on the Run documents UNLV's rise to become the 1991 NCAA Champions under coach Jerry Tarkanian and their downward spiral due to NCAA regulation violation crackdown. Stafford.Tisdale delivered the concept and production of the show's animated intro which consists of a basketball spinning around a roulette wheel and flying into the hands of a player on the court; the lower thirds design for captions and name tags throughout the show; and the footage montage for the credits background. The designs were produced by Adobe After Effects and Macromedia Flash.
